Our primary mission is to provide the industry with quality solutions for CNC machining. To achieve that goal, we work closely with each client to better understand the unique challenges involved.
For all services we charge a fixed hourly rate for time spent exclusively on your assignment. The first meeting, scoping, and initial consultation is always free. If you are located in the San Diego area we do not add additional costs for travel time or other expenses.
Our services:
- Programming - The assignment starts from your drawing (paper, pdf file, CAD file, or 3D model, etc.). We provide:
- Program designed with your specific machine / control in mind.
- Tool list and setup sheet
- We execute the first part on your machine
- We train your machinist
- We are done only when your QC is happy
- Job Estimates - We assist engineers and designers in accurately evaluating the machining cost of their designs. Starting from your drawing or part model we provide:
- Accurate machining time required for your part
- Accurate estimate for the set up time and additional operations
- Accurate time required for program writing
- On request we can provide the program, tool list and set up sheet
With all the above you will be better positioned to qualify bids received from various shops. In addition, we may be able to recommend shops from our network of clients who would be best suited to meet your requirements.
- Job Optimization - Review and analysis of existing programs and optimization of tool path and/or feed/speed rates. We eliminate unnecessary tool movements, or combine movements on multiple axes simultaneously.
In specific circumstances, we provide part fixture design and program adjustments to maximize productivity.
- Troubleshooting - Investigate unusual error messages, review program code, data retrieval for lost programs, PC/Laptop to machine connectivity issues or setup.
- IT Services - Connection setup between your machines and your LAN, back-up procedures and drives installation.
